my stay included a very comfortable bed with high-quality linens, it was a restful experience. the staff ensured my needs were met quickly. i appreciated the hotel's quiet locationwith a quiet setting. the attention to detail in the interior design added to the overall experience.
the hot chocolate served at turndown was not to my taste. it seemed a bit burnt.

the hotel's convenient location, restaurants and bars. notting hill station is also less than a ten minute walk. this provides easy access around the city.

Charming Stay Near Notting Hill
beautiful decor comfortable bed efficient staff
The room had beautiful decor. The bed was super comfortable. The space in the room was perfect for my needs. I found the staff nice and efficient. They responded to my requests quickly.
There was no access to the garden. I didn't have a view of it from my room. I had looked forward to this and considered it a reason to choose this place.

The hotel is nicely decorated. It had high windows that added character to the space. The elevator made accessing upper floors easy. The honesty bar was available in the evenings for a relaxed drink.

A good boutique gem!
kind staff perfect housekeeping good breakfast great comfort
I found the staff very kind. Housekeeping and breakfast service was perfect. Breakfast itself was GOOD. The bed and pillow provided great comfort. It was like home.
I thought the air conditioning was LOUD. It interrupted the otherwise perfect calm of the room. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

The hotel has a charming lounge area with soft, soothing music. It creates a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a convenient honor bar in the parlor, great for evening relaxation. I found the location fantastic, it made transportation simple.

The staff works as a complete team. Attention to detail was apparent in ALL interactions. Jeevan at the door sorted bags with five-star poise. The hotel also offers room service.

The allocated room included linens of the highest standard. Furnishings were stylish. The bedding was excellent. A mini bar and coffee setup added a touch of convenience.

Breakfast was beautifully presented and cooked with evident CARE. Attention to detail was evident in the cups and saucers. I liked the in-snacks which were exactly what I like. The food was awesome!

an ok stay
garden view fantastic location cosy feel missing televisions art deco style bottled water
the room had a fantastic view of the garden. location were superb. it felt really cosy and personal.
there are NO televisions in ANY of the rooms, nor is this mentioned anywhere. the rooms has art deco feel, old traditional with little amenities. i found NO bottled water.
